#POTD: Portrait of the Day - My 83 Year Young Mother

Today's portrait is dedicated to my mother, 83 years young. Seen here with her loving husband of 62 years, they are the epitome of treasuring every moment and allowing it to foster.

She has taught me much, and continues to. It was she who recognized in me at a young age that I was an artist. And though recognition, memories, and sometimes even verbal communication may no longer be every day expectations, every day she is here is reason to celebrate.
