Karen Mason returns to New Hope RRAZZ ROOM, Saturday June 10, 2017

Broadway/Cabaret Star Returns To The RRazz Room to Celebrate her newest recording "It's About Time".

12-time MAC award winner and Drama Desk nominee Karen Mason transports audiences through a musical journey: “No one in cabaret walks the line between humor and sorrow, joy and despair as nimbly as Karen Mason” (Chicago Sun-Times).

Hailed as “a rarity” (New York Times), Karen’s award-winning shows, which have played sold-out venues and captured the hearts of audiences from coast to coast.

For tickets, head on over to The RRAZZ ROOM Website.

Here is my recap of Ms Mason opening the Philadelphia RRAZZ ROOM in September, 2015.

The Skivvies strip down for New Hope

In tandem with their just closed run at the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, Pennsylvania, The Rocky Horror Show's Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley showcased their Undie-Rock band The Skivvies.

The evening included stripped down versions of pop classics spanning the past few decades and included guest appearances by some of their Rocky cohorts, plus Tony winner Alice Ripley, believe it or not.

Here's a quick peek.

Went BACK TO SCHOOL for FACT BUCKS COUNTY

Last night I went BACK TO SCHOOL with Bingo to benefit FACT BUCKS COUNTY.

Sister Miss Pumpkin and Mother Sue-perior kept the evening rolling, all for the wonderful cause of helping people living with AIDS.

It was a pleasure to help commemorate the evening. Sit back with a (big) milk carton and relive the fun.

Kathryn Leigh Scott reads from "Down and Out in Beverly Heels"

Please check out our latest video of author and actress Kathryn Leigh Scott, released her latest novel, "Down and Out in Beverly Heels." This is a rare treat, with the writer reading a passage from the work.

I had the privilege of capturing her book signing at New York's Upper West Side Barnes & Noble. You can find images of the event on Kathryn's blog and here.

Please support Kathryn in her latest endeavor.

Down and Out in Beverly Heels tells the story of Meg Barnes, a beloved actress who has it all and loses everything—and ends up living on the streets of tinsel town in her Ritz-Volvo—thanks to her newlywed con-man husband. The novel is a fun, light-hearted romance, taking us into the Hollywood social swirl, but also delves into the gritty truth of what it is to be “homeless and hiding it” in one of the most glittering, fashionable cities in the world. It’s also a story of redemption as Meg tracks down her fugitive husband and struggles to regain her reputation, career and friendships.
