The entertainment world celebrates the life and passing of Broadway legend Patricia Morison, who passed yesterday, May 20, 2018.

I was fortunate enough in 2014 to have briefly met Ms Morison and have her light shine in front of my lens.

#POTD: Portrait of the Day - My 83 Year Young Mother

Today's portrait is dedicated to my mother, 83 years young. Seen here with her loving husband of 62 years, they are the epitome of treasuring every moment and allowing it to foster.

She has taught me much, and continues to. It was she who recognized in me at a young age that I was an artist. And though recognition, memories, and sometimes even verbal communication may no longer be every day expectations, every day she is here is reason to celebrate.

This past Saturday evening, an endeared audience in Bucks County's New Hope Cabaret The RRAZZ ROOM was treated to the latest offering by Christopher Denny leading theatrical power diva Karen Mason in "Mason's Makin' Music". 

As the stunning talent herself said at the opening of the evening, "What else would she be doing?"

The show featured selections from throughout her career and from her current album, "It's About Time." 

Today's portrait shows Karen in a resoundingly triumphant - and deserving - high note!

Portrait of the Day: Michele Lee

Ms Michele Lee has starred on Broadway, in feature and television films, performed in concerts and variety specials with legends of the entertainment industry. She is known worldwide for her Emmy-nominated role as Karen Fairgate MacKenzie in the landmark CBS series Knots Landing. 

Here is one of my favorite tender moments from her appearance last fall at the Bucks County Playhouse's Cabaret Collaboration with The RRAZZ ROOM.

In an evening of class, wit, and graciously gorgeous charm, Roslyn Kind brought her wonderful talent to New Hope, Pennsylvania's RRAZZ ROOM, re-christening it THE ROZ ROOM!

Musical magician Alex Rybeck led Roz through a wonderfully diverse selection of songs that seamlessly enchanted the audience.

Roz shares a blast from the past: Her first RCA Records LP!

Accompanied by music director John Fischer, Broadway leading lady 

Emily Skinner captivated a sold out audience at New Hope, Pennsylvania's RRAZZ ROOM this past weekend.

Offering a wonderful mix of humor, introspection, and powerhouse vocals, Ms Skinner delivered another amazing affidavit as to why she remains a theater audience favorite.

Ms Skinner is simply the latest of talented performers gracing Bucks County's Premier Supper Club, 

The RRAZZ ROOM.

The Skivvies strip down for New Hope

In tandem with their just closed run at the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, Pennsylvania, The Rocky Horror Show's Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley showcased their Undie-Rock band The Skivvies.

The evening included stripped down versions of pop classics spanning the past few decades and included guest appearances by some of their Rocky cohorts, plus Tony winner Alice Ripley, believe it or not.
